Effective leadership training program

RENWELD members participated in a two-day Effective Leadership Program in Orange on 21-22 May. The training was delivered by Forsythes Training in consultation with RENWELD and was tailored to meet the specific requirements of members to address specific skills gaps.

This partnership-based model is designed to support growth, development and improve the capabilities of identified businesses in the region. The training also aims to improve staff retention and workforce culture. This program is proudly delivered by the Department of Primary Industries & Regional Development and the NSW Department of Education under the Targeted Workforce Development Scheme.
